This policy explains how Aerosys Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 11 145 886 139, "Aerosys", "we") handles personal information through this website, aerosys.com.au, and when you contact us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• This website. The site has no forms and uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to run and secure the site.
• When you contact us. If you email us, we keep your name, contact details and message so we can reply and manage our business relationship.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, work with partners, keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for direct marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and email provider, or where the law requires it. Some of these providers, including Vercel, store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete it when we no longer need it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing d.fitzgerald@aerosys.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
